To submit a valid copyright claim, your notification must include all the details listed below.
Incomplete requests cannot be processed.

Your DMCA notice must include:

  3. A link (URL) to the copyrighted content on your website.
  4. A link (URL) to the infringing content published on YesInfoHQ.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that all information you are providing is accurate.
  7. Your electronic signature (your typed full name).

We process legitimate DMCA requests within 24–72 hours.

📝 Counter Notification (Appeal)

If a user believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may send a counter-notice including:

  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • The removed content URL
  • A statement explaining why the content was removed in error
  • A declaration made under penalty of perjury
  • An electronic signature

We may restore the content 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice — unless the original complainant takes legal action.

🚫 Repeat Infringer Policy

YesInfoHQ does not tolerate repeated copyright infringement.
We may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly violate our policies.
